Let's Ferry is one of the largest online boat ticket booking platforms and combines reliable service, speed and state-of-the-art functionality. It provides simplified and fast online search and booking for boat tickets at the largest ports in the Mediterranean. In the near future, it plans to expand to new markets abroad with the aim of becoming one of the key players in the sector worldwide.

    • Brief

Having acquired one of the largest shares of the boat ticket online market over the last few years, the next goal was to maximize profitability while maintaining most of the turnover. It is worth noting that since we started working together and up to last season, Let's Ferry's turnover had risen by 1,036%, while receiving bookings from 147 countries. It is now one of the most important business units of the Gelasakis Group of Companies.

    • Solution

The solution that was implemented was separated into two pillars. The first pillar involved an account analysis, which should be done in real time and be able to indicate right away where the appropriate optimization would have the greatest benefit for account performance. The second pillar called for automating the optimizations so that accounts could be optimized round the clock where time-consuming processes were involved.
