      The Politikos Department Store is the largest regional store of its kind in Greece. It stocks a large variety of products and a great number of well-known brands for women, men and children. Since 2017, it ventured into e-commerce with the vision of becoming a "must visit" online fashion destination. In 2019, it was one of the projects on the Greek market to take part in Google International Growth, and it has already taken its first steps beyond the border to two new markets.

    • Brief

      The project's main goal was to increase turnover by 100% without changing the target ROAS. In practical terms, that means the way that advertising accounts are optimized had to be redesigned so that all processes can complete sooner, making the benefits of optimization felt much more quickly without account performance being compromised by the major expansions that took place.

    • Solution

      The title "Fully Automated Perfection" most appropriately describes the solution that was implemented. That's because the restructuring and expansion of advertising accounts was achieved through a custom application and because later, most of their optimization was done through automation. Their quality not only remains consistent over time, but it continually improves because there is hardly any human intervention to make significant changes. At the same time, in expansion, the time needed by the administrator to identify the areas that need expansion is completely eliminated, while the time needed to apply the add-ons is kept to a minimum.
